Our curb adapters are designed to facilitate the installation of new rooftop units onto existing roof curbs. By providing the manufacturer and model numbers of both the existing and new units, we can design a curb adapter that drops onto the existing roof curb, with the new unit resting on the structurally rigid adapter.

Key features of our curb adapters include G90 galvanized metal construction ranging from 18GA to 10GA, a solid welded perimeter structural shell, welded internal supply transition or divider, a solid bottom with holes positioned to match the old unit curb, and full insulation with 1-inch insulation. The adapter height is determined at the design stage to accommodate larger airflows with radical offsets while keeping the height as short as possible.
